Freedom's Law: The Moral Reading of the American Constitution

In this book Ronald Dworkin poses a highly interesting take on the uses of the United States constitution. Rather than taking the usual perspective that constitutional issues should be perceived of as entirely separate from moral issues, Dworkin presents the idea that a moral reading of the United States constitution is the only viable reading of it. Dworkin attempts to present an interpretation of what sections of the Bill of Rights are meant to mean through providing answers to much more lofty moral questions.
