Description

The author charges that members of his own legal fraternity - especially leaders of the judiciary - are working toward the eventual destruction of this nation as a nation based on law.  He finds alarming "the degree to which we have failed in maintaining a balance between crime and punishment",  believes that the failure to obtain law obedience has been an important factor in the decline and fall of nations throughout history, and points out the increasingly neglected truth that criminal laws are written for the protection of society, not for the oppression of the criminal.
