Vietnam & Other American Fantasies

In this book, the author attempts to correct the mainstream view on the causes, meaning, and continuing significance of the American War in Vietnam.  Said mainstream views, the book argues, tend to ameliorate the perception of American involvement in Vietnam, painting it as a poorly executed lost cause, rather than an extremely destructive act of imperialist force on the region.
