Dana Frank is a professor of history at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Her books include Buy American, Purchasing Power, Local Girl Makes History, and Women Strikes Occupy Chain Store, Win Big: the 1937 Detroit Woolworth's Strike. Her writings on human rights and US policy in post-coup Honduras have appeared in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Miami Herald, The Nation, Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, Politico Magazine, The Baffler, and many other publications.
