This issue is mostly typed and mostly local. There are interviews with Var and Jennifer from No Idea Tom Hart, Jessica Mills, and Matt Sweeting. There is an article from Al Burian. There are book reviews. Seems to want to go in an organized direction (regular magazine type stuff, contributors). The importance of the zine is that it touches on some things that were important at the time like the Hardback, the zine library, and the beginnings of Wayward Council. Read it for the local history lesson if nothing else.
