"There's one story from an old issue, the rest is all new. You may have noticed the new spine too. It's not a step up or a step down, just an unexpected bonus that came with switching printers. So, is it a book now? or a fanzine? Both. But I've been saying that for a long time. A few clarifications before we get going. The Albany in this story is Albany, California, a small town bordering Berkeley. U.C. stands for University of California, the college which is almost its own small town within Berkeley's borders. And M.D.C. of course stands for Millions of dead cops, who moved here from Austin."
