Description

This short, easy-to-read zine gives a general overview on anarchy. Using comprehensible language and a distinct tone, this zine conveys anarchy as an approachable political ideology. The zine is subdivided into smaller sections, making it even more digestible: an introduction, elementary anarchism, some arguments against anarchism, and anarchism in action. The last section is even further subdivided!! (-:

The zine covers police abolition, self-sufficient communities, worker autonomy, labor rights, the abolition of the State, dissolving greedy corporations, anti-militarism, mass mobilization, education, family and various other topics all under the basic anarchist principles. The bulk of the zine illustrates how to put these principles into action, highlighting labor organizing, large scale campaigns, interpersonal relationships, daily life, local action and organization, zine creation/distribution, street theatre, public meetings and art/music.

The last ~2 pages are all resources for further reading, subcategorized for ease and accessibility and with alternative bookshops local to the area (UK) that offer those books.

"Can you think of a good excuse for not being an anarchist? Right, then get on with it!"
