¡Voy a ser mamá!

One of the first CMZINE workshop zines added to our collection, as a part of the Ñooo Tremendo Art Walk that happened on Friday, August 31st. The CMZINE committee gathered Spanish language collage supplies like El Nuevo Herald, citizenship exam study booklets, telenovela gossip magazines and greeting cards for workshop participants to use in their zine-making, alongside children's stickers and other art+crafts supplies.

¡Voy a ser mamá! tells the bizarro drama of an unplanned (?) birth and outrageous custody battle via collaged images and words from Latin gossip magazines.
