Description

The author argues that humanity lived in a deep spiritual and psychological relationship with their ecosystem for most of its history, and that the current ecological crisis is the result of divorce from our former spiritual connection with nature, which formerly taught us to respect the Earth and live in balance with nature, and a transition into an ethic of domination over nature.  The author goes on to explore various methods through which we may be able to reestablish our connection with nature.
