Berkeley of the South

Berkeley of the South looks at Gainesville thru the Civil Rights and anti- Viet Nam War period of the 60's and early 70's. With archival footage and interviews with participants which were recorded in 2004, the film shows the large efforts at social change so prominent in our towns' history. Some of those interviewed include Scott Camil, Connie Canney, and Carol Thomas.
