Description
One of the first CMZINE workshop zines added to our collection, as a part of the Ñooo Tremendo Art Walk that happened on Friday, August 31st. The CMZINE committee gathered Spanish language collage supplies like El Nuevo Herald, citizenship exam study booklets, telenovela gossip magazines and greeting cards for workshop participants to use in their zine-making, alongside children's stickers and other art+crafts supplies.
Este Es El Momento is a collaged hodgepodge of Latinx resistance, nitpicked out of the elitist and white-washed pages of telenovela gossip magazines and questionable citizenship exam questions.
