Rocket Queen #2: Tales of Restrained Pillage

Rocket Queen #2 deals with the author (a stripper) moving to New Orleans to continue doing her thing. The zine is overall 'a guide to the clubs here (New Orleans) for any ladies planning a business trip to the Dirty South'. Other writings in the zine talk about the long history of sex work in New Orleans, the author's experience as a stripper in the city, occupational hazards, stripper FAQs (do dancers ever sleep with customers, how do you feel when people you know come in, are strippers nymphomaniacs, etc.), and more.

And there's a great contributed piece from a woman who experienced childhood abuse, who deconstructs how that relates to her decision to dance. Overall, a fantastic zine.
