Terrorist Spectaculars: Should TV Coverage Be Curbed

Technology has a great deal to do with the rise of modern terrorism.  Terrorists these days have a large armory at their disposal, from the most rudimentary Molotov cocktails to some of the most advanced electronic remote control devices.  They have acquired skills in using other new technologies.  Among their accomplishments is an increasingly astute exploitation of the electronic media, specifically television, in pursuit of their aims.
