"Jess Hilliard was born at lunch time in early 1969. One of the most influential moments of his life was when his mother was shot in the stomach by a sniper in the bushes while she was pregnant with him. Currently Jess lives with his wife Lisa and their guinea pig, Flower, in Sacramento, CA., where he plays miniature instruments as an entertainment volunteer at a local Senior Center."
