Vegetarian Cooking by the Season

This is a collection of Krissy's (who lives in Gainesville) favorite seasonal vegetarian recipes. The zine is divided into four categories for each season, and the recipes are based around in-season vegetables. Krissy's purpose for this zine was to offer recipes that focus on locally produced vegetable options and support small-scale farmers and backyard gardeners. While some of these recipes are originals, others are from the books listed on the last page. The zine is beautifully hand-bound with a button-hole stitch, and free for anyone to copy and distribute.
