Lenin's Fight Against Stailnism

In the last year of his life, Lenin joined with Trotsky in a struggle against the rising Soviet bureaucracy.  This unique collection of speeches, articles and letters demonstrates that Lenin carried out a multifaceted struggle against the first signs of Stalinism, concluding with his call for Stalin's removal as general-secretary of the Communist Party.  As well, it documents Lenin's and Trotsky's parallel fight against Stalin on major political questions of the day: the treatment of national minorities, the state monopoly of foreign trade, and the growth of bureaucratism.
