"Nikki Goldbeck graduated from Cornell University with a degree in food and nutrition. She has developed a career writing on the subject which has broadened to include aspects of health care and ecology. She is the coauthor of "The Supermarket Handbook"- a guide to buying whole foods, The Dieter's Companion and The Good Breakfast Book. Ms. Goldbeck also conducts nutrition workshops for La Leche League, Head Start and many community groups."
